1. Return Eligibility
   Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
   Item Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging.
   Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not permitted on the following items:
   Limited Edition or Final Sale Items
2. Return Request
   To request a return, please follow the steps below:
   Log in to your account and access “Order History” to view your orders.
   Find the item you wish to return, click the “Request Return” button, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
   Alternatively, you can email decemberrodriguez@plusstyleboutique.com with your order number and reason for return, and our customer service will provide further instructions.
3. Return Address

   Please be sure to keep the tracking number so we can verify your return.
4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and confirm its eligibility for return.
   A refund will be processed to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5-10 business days after we process your return.
   Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refund and are your responsibility.
5. Exchange Policy
   If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the item you wish to exchange in the return instructions. We will process your new order once your return has been received.
